Cancellation & refunds

Monthly membership

AI Unchained membership is purchased through Skool. Review the selected plan, billing currency, taxes, billing interval and total payable before subscribing. Recurring membership continues until cancelled under the applicable subscription terms.

Cancel future renewals

You can cancel your membership subscription through your Skool account. Check the cancellation confirmation and displayed access-end date. If you cannot locate the cancellation setting, contact luis@aiunchained.co or Skool support promptly. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee

If you request a refund within 14 days of first joining AI Unchained as a paying member, we will refund your first membership payment in full, without conditions. Email luis@aiunchained.co or message Luis Rau on Skool, identifying your membership and asking for the refund. No explanation is required. You do not need to use a particular form.

This voluntary guarantee covers the first payment, not subsequent renewals. We arrange the refund through Skool; payment-provider processing times may affect when it appears in your account. You can also ask us to help ensure future renewal is cancelled.

Your statutory rights remain

The guarantee is additional to, and does not replace or limit, any mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for services or digital content that do not conform to the contract. Accessing the community does not, by itself, mean that you have validly waived a statutory withdrawal right. If you wish to exercise a statutory right, send us a clear statement by email and retain a copy.

Workshops

The community's first-payment guarantee is not a workshop cancellation policy. Workshop scope, price, payment, scheduling and cancellation arrangements must be provided and agreed separately before a booking is concluded. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
